Rhonda Richardson

Owner/Media Director

Rhonda RichardsonRhonda brings 25 years of marketing and advertising experience to the clients A&K Marketing represents. Having worked for both local radio and television stations and local agencies, she offers knowledge from both sides of the negotiating table.

Rhonda’s 15 + years of agency experience has afforded her the opportunity to work with a diverse client base including retail, fast food, home improvement, education, healthcare, B2B, non-profits, finance and publishing. Some of these clients include CBSHOME, Thrasher Basement Systems, Children’s Hospital & Medical Center, Massage Envy Spa, John Hagee Ministries and Charisma/Frontline Publications.

Rhonda received a bachelor of science degree from the University of Nebraska-Kearney in marketing research and advertising, as well as a master’s degree in organizational communications from UNK. Rhonda has served on the board of directors of the Omaha Chapter of the American Advertising Federation and has been a member of Mid-America Direct Marketing Association. Rhonda enjoys travel and spending time with her family and is an avid reader of political and historical novels.

Brenda Constant

Brenda ConstantWith an extensive background in television advertising sales and management on the local, regional and national levels, Brenda provides a knowledge and expertise unmatched by most.

Brenda began her career at an advertising agency in Guam and has been buying or selling media time in television and radio for years.  Her experience has been invaluable to our clients as she tirelessly searches for the best “deal” for commercial times.  But more than just a buyer, Brenda has extensive experience in developing and executing marketing plans in both the retail world as well as B2B.

Brenda enjoys a little hiking, volunteer work, and travel.   She is always looking for the “off-the-beaten-track” vacation.


 

Lisa Conklin

Senior Media Buyer

Lisa Conklin, A&K MarketingLisa has more than 10 years of media planning, buying and advertising sales support experience. Prior to A&K, Lisa served as Media Director at Envoy, Inc. and as a buyer at Morningfire, Inc., and Bozell. Her experience with local and national buys include broadcast, interactive, non-traditional, and every medium in between. Lisa has experience buying, for multiple industries, including healthcare, financial, non-profit, education, consumer packaged goods, and B2B. She enjoys learning about emerging media trends and digging into how to best optimize a client’s budget to efficiently reach their target demo and meet their goals.

Lisa received a bachelor of science in journalism degree from Northwest Missouri State University and has served on the board of directors of the Omaha chapter of the American Advertising Federation since July 2012. Lisa was an active volunteer with the Make-A-Wish Foundation (Nebraska Chapter) from 2008-2012 and currently volunteers for the Boyd Elementary PTA.


 

Stephanie Weber

Accounting Manager

Stephane Weber

Stephanie brings more than 35 years of accounting experience to A&K Marketing. She brings a vast knowledge of accounting with retail, media and broadcast services, as well as other financial experience. Her attention to detail is highly beneficial to the media accounting with all the variables that it requires.

Stephanie served as Business Manager for May Broadcasting (KFAB/KGOR) and Morningfire, Inc. for their full accounting needs. She has also worked in accounting for ConAgra Foods, Garbo’s Salon & Spas and PRECO, Inc.  She has background knowledge in SAGE software, QuickBooks and QuickBooks Enterprise, media software and certification in SAP software over the years.

Stephanie’s personal interests include working outside on landscaping or projects in the home, silver smithing in creating original sterling silver jewelry, and traveling whenever she can.

 


 

Michelle Gibilisco

Account Coordinator/ Buyer

Michelle Gibilisco, A&K MarketingMichelle Gibilisco has more than 10 years of experience with building marketing campaigns. She has shown expertise in planning and buying traditional and non-traditional media, rate negotiation, and sports marketing. She uses her fine-tuned project management skills to balance the work of multiple on-going projects while also taking time to absorb new/changing media trends like social media marketing and programmatic buying. Her strong attention to detail ensures that every component is managed with precision. Her business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experiences have focused on a variety of industries, including non-profit, agriculture, personal services, automotive, and healthcare.

Michelle graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a bachelor of science in marketing and management. In her free time, she enjoys camping, hiking and spending time with her family.

 

 

Beckie Humanik

Account Coordinator

Beckie HumanikBeckie is a seasoned account coordinator/media assistant with years of experience in the field.  Beckie aids in traffic coordination, order entry and reconciliation.  She handles many administrative tasks throughout the office and likes to keep things organized.  She is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various tasks.

Beckie is our part-timer and when she is not here, she is either shopping, biking or spending time with her family.

 

 

Bob Richardson

Owner/Coordinator of Business Development

Bob RichardsonBob is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Kearney with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He spent 12 years in the Nebraska Air National Guard and served as a crew chief on both the F15 reconnaissance jets and KC130 refueling liners. With 20+ years in both sales and account management at Fortune 500 telecom companies, Bob aids A&K Marketing with sales and client development as well as infrastructure, IT design, and management.

Bob grew up in western Nebraska and loves the great outdoors. He has spent the last 10 years as a Scout leader spearheading many challenges, including mountain climbing in Colorado and white water rafting on the boundary waters in Minnesota.
